From Parents:
Name, email, password (encrypted), payment details (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-wallet, QRIS)
From Children (with parental consent):
First name, age, avatar, learning interests, progress scores, activity history, Sparky AI chat interactions
Technical Data:
Device type, browser, session duration (for platform functionality)
Personalization:
Create Daily Path learning activities and 7-Day Roadmap based on child's age and interests
Progress Tracking:
Monitor achievements across Island Map areas (Math & Logic, Literacy, Creativity, SEL, Life Skills)
AI Features:
Power Sparky assistant recommendations and learning analytics
Account Management:
Process subscriptions, manage multiple child profiles (Premium plans)
Security:
Parent PIN protection, secure authentication
We NEVER sell or rent your child's information.
Limited sharing only with: Payment processors (secure transactions), hosting providers (data storage), legal requirements (when required by law)
All data encrypted (AES-256), secure authentication, regular security audits, 24/7 monitoring
Parents can:
View all child data, download data (JSON format), request deletion (processed within 30 days), modify information, withdraw consent anytime

Active accounts: Data retained while active • Deleted accounts: Permanently deleted within 30 days • Backups: Removed within 90 days
Age gate verification required • Parental consent before any data collection • No public forums or social features • Parent can review and delete child data anytime • No collection beyond what's necessary for learning
Policy changes communicated via email with updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
